I got a call before the day was through following up on my ticket asking me to confirm. The service writer who called me remembered me from a previous visit and caught the issue, saving me from $450 in diagnostic fees I didn't need. He promptly changed the ticket to what I originally wanted--an appointment to fix my tie rods. It was great to see how Stones employees knew me and my car well enough to catch an issue like this right away. 5 stars for the integrity and customer service.
