“ If I lived here this would be my car dealer. I live in Florida and have been RVing towing my 2018 Jeep JK. While getting my oil changed in Whitefish, MT they found one of my shocks leaking. Unable to get a part in my time frame I decided to wait til we got to Rexburg and have it repaired there. I called the service department. They we very understanding of my travel situation and set up an appointment. When we arrived we were greeted promptly. After some minor paperwork they not only fixed my Jeep but had it washed. Within an hour we were on our way. No griping about doing warranty work on a vehicle they didn’t sell. They wished us safe travels. “ here's the deal... their service is really really great! the representatives are super super helpful! the location isn't bad! BUT, just like every other dealership this place is EXPENSIVE! for auto repairs I can usually save about 20-40% going to another repair shop. This is unfortunate because I do feel that this location is very trustworthy and that's what you really are paying for. you can trust these guys! so if that's your major dilemma you might have to pay more to get what you want. ”
