We went in to look at purchasing a new 2025 RAV4 on Saturday 11.15.25. Hunter was the rep who took care of us… He presented us with so many options given what we were looking for… He had one on the lot that fit us perfectly for the price. We fell in love with it and decided to make that purchase. From beginning to end, it was a smooth transaction. He even came on the test drive with us to show us how some of the features worked. Cameron, who works in financing, presented us with lots of warranty options above the manufacturer ones… Absolutely no pressure… We chose the ones we felt were important to us and albeit, a wee bit spendy, we felt it was worth the extra… The manager even introduced himself to us and asked how things were going… Everyone was very friendly… We will absolutely be back to Stone’s when the time comes to replace our other vehicle. I highly recommend them!

Best Car Buying Experience! The team was very helpful, educational and didn't give that "Pushy Car Salesman" vibe where making buying a car a terrible experience. This team was awesome from the Saleman, to the Finance Guy, to the Sales Manager. We felt like we were listened to and were respected. I can only say positive things about this experience. The other day I went into Stone's to get my driver side tie rods fixed. Initially, there was a miscommunication about the work that I needed done and I was signed up for diagnostics instead. I got a call before the day was through following up on my ticket asking me to confirm. The service writer who called me remembered me from a previous visit and caught the issue, saving me from $450 in diagnostic fees I didn't need. He promptly changed the ticket to what I originally wanted--an appointment to fix my tie rods. It was great to see how Stones employees knew me and my car well enough to catch an issue like this right away. 5 stars for the integrity and customer service. Oh, and they did a great job on the repair, too.

They were very transparent and helpful. Super grateful to them for helping us out.
