Great experience with Stones Toyota and salesman, Jeremy Brown. I pre-ordered a new Toyota a few months ago. Out the door pricing was negotiated and honored. Jeremy kept me updated weekly on the build and shipping progress. Great communication. When the Toyota arrived at the dealership we arranged the financing and paperwork details before going to the dealership. I live out of state, so it was great to start everything beforehand. On Toyota pick up day, the dealership picked me up at the Idaho Falls airport and drove me to Rexburg. At the dealership everyone was nice and efficient. The test drive, paperwork, loan signing took only 53 minutes. Fastest car buying experience ever! I am happy with my experience and recommend both Jeremy and Stones.

Nick Robertson was very helpful all along the way for getting our new RAV4. Toyota corrected the irritants that I had with my old RAV4, and the mileage is better. We got more than 40 mpg going home, and that is uphill. Hunter was also friendly and helpful during this process.

I had an EXCELLENT experience at Stone’s in Rexburg. I found a great car on Facebook marketplace and had great interactions and responses from a salesman named Curtis. He answered questions on the car and applicable costs. The dealership experience was fantastic. It was low pressure and I was assisted by Kelten. We were able to take a test drive and show the car to my husband. I wanted the night to think about the purchase and was again given space without high pressure sales tactics. The next day I took the car out with my husband and decided to purchase it! The sales manager (Jesse?) was kind and personable- not the arrogant cocky type I was anticipating. Then the dreaded finance manager- luckily we weren’t financing but even if I would need to I would definitely take another meeting with Cayson.
